Year 6 Transition Tours Commencing This Week
We welcome current Year 6 students who are transitioning to PLHS in 2023 for a Transition Tour this week. These tours give students an opportunity to familiarise themselves with our site and meet a range of staff before their official Transition Days on Thursday and Friday of Week 7 (December 1st/2nd).
Participating students will each be given a Transition Booklet packed with important information to take home and share with their families.
We look forward to seeing everyone throughout the week.
Thank you,
~ Miss Kesby Turner-Wiebreck (Curriculum Leader: Special Education) & Ms Nicole Jurgens (Transition Officer)
