Notice to Parents: Student Free Day – April 6th
Students will not be required to attend school on Tuesday April 6th following the Easter break. On this day, PLHS staff will be involved in a full-day training exercise in Restorative Practices delivered by Kerrie Sellen from Restorative Journeys.
A key element of this training will be the focus on practical activities that can be implemented into our daily work providing us with consistency to develop and manage positive relationships in our school community. This restorative approach will support our Port Lincoln High School community to build, maintain and restore relationships.
Our young people are more likely to behave in a positive, inclusive and respectful manner when they are supported by a caring adult who models this behaviour and who teaches, guides and supports them to do the same.
School will resume on Wednesday April 7th after the Easter break.
