PLHS/CAS Competing at S&EC State Final
We’re up and running at the SA State Final of the 2026 National Science & Engineering.
The event – which is being held this year at the Flinders Factory of the Factory in Tonsley – sees the top eight school teams from South Australia compete in a variety of fun, problem-solving tasks.
As you can see here, this morning our PLHS students are attempting activities known as Flight, Wind Turbine, Bridge and ElectraCity. Meanwhile, our Cummins Area School teammates are tackling Grab Lab, Eco-Habitech, Confounding Communications and Fish Traps. Most groups will swap over to a different challenge this afternoon.
Go Plummins!
