Yesterday, several of our Year 12 Food & Hospitality students completed a group assessment task – they prepared, cooked and served a three-course French-inspired menu.
The delicious meal, which consisted of a French onion soup, beef stroganoff and a crème brûlée, was enjoyed in the glorious sunshine on the Commercial Kitchen deck by several lucky invited staff.
