Last Friday, Year 11 SAASTA student Zerah Coleman travelled to Adelaide for the 2026 Aboriginal Youth Summit hosted by the Commissioner for Aboriginal and Young People, Dale Agius, at the Adelaide Zoo.
The day focused on leadership, culture, and youth voice, with young people from across South Australia speaking openly and confidently about what matters to them the most. This was followed by workshops on Mental Health, Racism & Discrimination, and Education & Employment.
Zerah stated: “This was a great opportunity to help and inspire young First Nations people to help connect with culture and share thoughts with other students around the state.”
