Our Year 7 English classes have had the exciting opportunity to use VR goggles to explore a range of immersive environments. Students ventured from active volcanoes to thrilling underwater tiger shark experiences, engaging all their senses as they wrote vivid and descriptive explanations of what they observed.
The VR experience helped learners focus on sensory details, enriching their vocabulary and expanding their creative expression. It was fantastic to see students inspired and motivated to bring their settings to life with words, and to see how they embraced technology to enhance their writing skills.
