Earlier today, PLHS students in Years 9 and 10 participated in an interactive mental health workshop called Mates in Mind.
Presented by South Australia’s Rural Youth Ambassadors, the event featured presentations from:
- mental health experts from headspace
- Port Adelaide footballers
- others with lived experience of mental health
Our students were able to participate in polls, evaluations, live support and Q&A whilst viewing the presentations. The session was introduced by Nell Cane, one of our Principal Student Leaders.
