Several weeks ago, we commissioned Mark Thomas from #MissingLinkMedia to produce a promotional video for us – what originally began as a virtual tour project developed into something much more.
This unique concept captures six PLHS students starting their day – each student enters the site via a different entrance or method (school bus, Oxford Terrace, Clontarf bus, Ruskin Road, Telford Avenue and Park Avenue), before engaging in assorted facilities and programs around the campus. If you watch closely, you will notice the students crossing paths. Remember, all of this occurs before the school bell rings to officially start the day.
Many thanks to the six stars of the film – Nell, Tyler, Nathaniel, Cate, Hannah and Charlie; they were a pleasure to work with and remain wonderful ambassadors for their school. Thanks also to the countless PLHS staff who offered their assistance during this project, both in front of the camera and behind the scenes.
Finally, congratulations to Mark on a brilliant production – it was a privilege to witness such a talented filmmaker (and proud PLHS parent) execute his craft.
