Further to recent posts about our Adopt-a-Barra program and merchandise to celebrate the school’s centenary, we are delighted to show you our latest product for sale…
Under the experienced watch of Mr. Chris McGown, our Year 11 Aquaculture students have been harvesting and processing our barramundi – this includes smoking, packaging and labelling the fillets for sale to the general public.
The delicious $15 packs are now available – they can be pre-ordered via the various methods we outlined recently or purchased directly from the school during our upcoming Centenary Celebration Weekend.
Patrons at both our CENTENARY SHOWCASE concert next Friday night and the CENTENARY CELEBRATION function on Sunday October 1 will receive a taste of the smoked barra as part of their ticket price.
