“Do It For Dolly Day” is an annual Australian campaign to raise awareness and funds to prevent bullying, particularly cyberbullying.
It was created to honour Dolly Everett, who, at just 14 years of age, took her own life after an extended period of bullying and cyberbullying. Her story sparked a movement of kindness and awareness across Australia.
PLHS students and staff are invited to support this worthy cause on Friday (May 8th) by wearing blue (Dolly’s favourite colour) and donating a gold coin to the “Dolly’s Dream” charity.
