School Tour for “Class of 1983” Reunion Group
Last Friday, Port Lincoln High School hosted a campus tour for a wonderful group of ex-PLHS students from the “Class of 1983”. The seven ladies had arranged a school reunion for last weekend – with several flying in from interstate for the event – and we were delighted to assist them with their collective trip down memory lane.
At the conclusion of their tour (after reminiscing enthusiastically about former teachers, classmates, lessons, classrooms and memorable events), the ladies were keen to join our Old Scholars’ Association – as long as we don’t refer to them “old” scholars! They also greatly enjoyed viewing the modern PLHS facilities and programs.
It was an absolute pleasure to host Kristina, Ranka, Anna, Litsa, Maria, Lee and organiser Trudi at PLHS last Friday – we hope to keep in contact with them all as members of our Old Young Scholars.
* Future PLHS reunion groups are encouraged to contact the school for similar assistance.
