Hot Weather Policy Implemented (Fri Nov 27th)
PLHS parent/caregivers and students are advised that the weather report on the 7pm ABC1 TV News bulletin has forecast tomorrow’s maximum temperature for the Port Lincoln district of 38°C – accordingly, the school’s Hot Weather Policy will be implemented tomorrow (Friday November 27th).
- Year 8, 9 and 10 students will be dismissed at 12.50pm (the start of lunch)
- Year 7 Transition lessons will also finish at lunchtime
- bus students (and any other students who do not have parental permission to leave) will be supervised in air-conditioned spaces until our regular dismissal time of 3:10pm
