Port Lincoln High School was privileged to receive a visit yesterday from the South Australian Minister for Industry and Skills, Mr David Pisoni MP.
Minister Pisoni was keen to see how our students engage in vocational education and training through our Trade Training Centre facilities (Aquaculture and Commercial Cookery) and Flexible Learning Options centre.
He spoke to our Year 10 students about apprenticeship opportunities alongside Anne-Marie Hammond from Career Employment Group, school-based apprentice chef (and ex-PLHS student) Scott Thompson and Member for Flinders, Mr Peter Treloar MP.
