Late last term, three of our four international students were advised that they needed to return home to their families in Europe. Unfortunately, their exchange programs with us were cut short due to the coronavirus pandemic, and the ever-increasing restrictions on international travel.
I am delighted to report that all three students made it home safe and sound – as these images depict, Lorenz is back with his family in Munich (Germany), Pauline is home in Troyes (France) and Alessandro has returned to Bergamo (Italy).
On behalf of our school community, I would like to thank Lorenz, Pauline and Alessandro for choosing PLHS, and I wish them all the best for their bright futures. We hope to see them all back in Port Lincoln again one day.
