Port Lincoln High School’s 2021 Year 12 Formal was staged at the Port Lincoln Racecourse last night. The event included a delicious meal prepared and served by the Greenside Bistro team (Chef: Jeremy Hartwich), fabulous decorations by Ultimate Celebrations, a fun photo booth provided by Elegant Engagements and access to a professional photographer (Bec Smart from Smarty Pants Photography) for the students and their families before dinner.
As these (“unprofessional”) photos clearly demonstrate, the students looked amazing in their formal wear and greatly enjoyed the company of their peers and attending staff throughout the night. A highlight for many was the presentation of tongue-in-cheek special awards (devised by their teachers) to some of our more notable Year 12’s.
Many thanks to the Port Lincoln Racing Club for hosting another COVID-safe event, especially to our COVID Marshall, Mr Greg Fitzgerald. Special mentions must also go to Mrs. Amber Mullins and Miss Bambi Britten for their outstanding efforts in organising such a wonderful night, again held under challenging circumstances.
