This was brought to our attention this morning – it popped up in the Facebook feed of one of our staff members. Patrons at Santi’s can now order “HIGH SCHOOL BARRA”, as supplied by Mr. Chris McGown and our Aquaculture students.
Apparently, the chef at Santi’s has been keen to sample our barramundi product all year and now can’t get enough of it! Onya, Tuffers!
