Congratulations to Mrs Monique Rogalski and her Year 12 Food & Hospitality class – last Thursday evening they successfully delivered their pop-up restaurant “Café Poseidon” to a sold-out gathering of friends, family and PLHS staff.
The event was held on our Commercial Kitchen deck and saw patrons enjoy a delicious three-course Greek feast – the main course featured barramundi from the PLHS Aquaculture program.
The students have already received lots of positive feedback on the quality of their cuisine and service.
