Earlier this morning, our Clontarf boys completed their very first before school training session. We had a really good turnout with eleven of our boys getting up earlier than usual (around 6am), ready to start training at 7am. Nathaniel Hirschausen (who lives out of town) was up even earlier.
We finished training around 8:10am – the boys then had showers and finished the session with some bacon and eggs in the Academy Room.
These boys deserve a pat on the back for their fantastic efforts this morning. They also may be a little tired by day’s end!
